Problem addressed:

Coffee is not an available option at majority of the places and most roadside tea stall owners provides tea only. The electric coffee making machines were very costly (more than Rs.5000) and out of reach for most road side vendors

Product:

The innovator has modified the normal pressurecooker and made it into a coffee making machine.A simple attachment of a metal pipe along with pressure releasing valve has been provided inthe cooker lid. Cooker with water is heated overstove. Once steam is formed, it is released throughthe metal pipe and collected in a jar containing mixtureof coffee powder, milk and sugar. After allowingsufficient steam into the jar, in a few minutes, frothyand tasty coffee is ready.
