These digital Max/Min thermometers feature large, easy to read dual displays with max/min memory functions and a programmable audible high/low alarm. The Max/Min Thermometer model P1000 accurately measures temperature over the range -50 to + 70C or equivalent F with a 0.1C/F resolution. The waterproof remote sensor is attached to the unit with a 2 metre PVC lead for outside temperature measurement.

The Delivery Temperature Recorder printing thermometerwas specifically designed for use in the food industry to
assist with HACCP and health and safety legislation. It is also very useful in the food supply chain where regular checks are required for chill cabinet produce, fridges and freezers, providing a printed record of each temperature measurement. Print functions can be activated from the keypad or a button on the handle of the stainless steel food quality penetration probe to provide evidence of whether a delivery should beaccepted, or rejected, against pre-programmed temperaturelimits. Programmable limits can be set for i.e. chilled, ambient or frozen foods by the user via the software supplied with the unit. The software additionally enables the user to personalise the printed copy with the company name, address and logo. The temperature recorder displays and accurately recordstemperatures over the range of -40 to +150C with a 0.1 resolution and high system accuracy of +/- 0.5C.
These Precision Laboratory and Pocket Test dial thermometers are manufactured to the highest standards. Stainless steel construction with a silicone coated bimetal coil to maximise heat transfer the instruments have a +/-1% accuracy to ASTME B40.3 Grade A. An external reset is provided for recalibration, or temperature off-set.
