Glass wool insulation of 65mm is present in between the walls to avoid heat dissipation. The Control panel is located at the top of oven. The heater compartment is at the bottom. A Flush door fitting coupled with virgin silicon square rubber gasket of 15mm & special lock and handle arrangement for locking the door is provided for perfect sealing of chamber. The Tray is made of GI mesh, Crimped and of size x 12G wire thickness with stainless steel Border. The spacing between the shelves is 4. Temp Range :- 5C above ambient to 250C. Heating Process Controls :-The unit is controlled by a Micro-processor based ONOff; Single set point temperature controller cum indicator with built in digital timer of 999mins. and PT-100 sensor. An Audio-Visual Alarm to indicate the End of cycle is included in the system. A 15A, 4Pole heavy duty ContactorSSR output is also provided.
