This Industrial drum heater ( vertical model) has a well type, double walled construction. The Inner chamber is made of MS with a heat resistive silver paint finish, and the outer chamber is also made of MS with a powder coat finish. The unit has an electrical heating system, suitable for heating 200ltrs standard size drum. The drum heater is made into 2 semicircular halves, which are joined at one end by heavy duty hinges & clamps and at the other end by a special press fit adjustable lock, with the control panel on one half + heater, & heater + connector junction box on the other half. A SS U type Enconel heater of suitable capacity is used as the heating element for uniform distribution of heat. The maximum achievable temp. is 250C. A digital microprocessor PID temperature controller cum indicator with PT-100 sensor controls the heating process. The unit is easily moveable on its castor wheels.
