Construction :-Industrial Tray Drier having cross-directional horizontal air-flow system by flange mounted motorized fan for rapid drying of material kept inside. Inner chamber made of MS and coated with heat resistive silver paint or SS-304 (20G). Temp Range :- Ambient to 250C. Controls :-Unit is controlled by microprocessor based auto-tune PID controller with PT-100 sensor located at the top of oven. Safety thermostat in series with digital temperature controller given as a fail - safe. Heater :-Heater is of SS, finned, hot + cold zone type star connection mode for 3 and terminal taken out of oven from the sides with proper cover for easy accessibility. Air vent provided at the top of oven.
