Our Products
Our offered Product range includes zinc dust metal powder and Zinc Dust.
Zinc (Metal) Dust 95% is a fine, gray to bluish-grey metallic powder consisting predominantly of elemental zinc with a purity of approximately 95%. It is characterized by its high surface area and enhanced reactivity, which makes it highly effective in chemical and metallurgical processes. Compared to coarser forms of zinc, the dust form provides faster reaction rates due to its finely divided particles.
The material is insoluble in water but reacts readily with acids and strong alkalis, producing hydrogen gas. It acts as a strong reducing agent and is widely used in galvanizing, zinc-rich anti-corrosion coatings, chemical synthesis, and precious metal recovery (gold and silver extraction). It is also utilized in battery manufacturing and as a reagent in various industrial processes.
Zinc dust is flammable in finely divided form and may form explosive mixtures with air, especially in the presence of ignition sources. Therefore, it must be handled with care, using proper safety measures and adequate ventilation. The product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, away from moisture, acids, oxidizing agents, and open flames to ensure safety and maintain product quality.

Zinc (Dust) 90% is a fine, grayish metallic powder consisting predominantly of elemental zinc with a typical purity of around 90%. It is characterized by its high surface area and reactivity, which makes it especially useful in chemical and industrial processes. Zinc dust is insoluble in water but reacts readily with acids and alkalis, releasing hydrogen gas.
Due to its strong reducing properties, zinc dust is widely used in galvanizing processes, corrosion protection coatings (such as zinc-rich paints), and chemical synthesis. It also plays an important role in metallurgical operations, gold and silver recovery, and battery manufacturing. The powder form enhances its effectiveness in reactions compared to bulk metal.
Zinc dust is flammable in fine particulate form and may form explosive mixtures with air, so it must be handled carefully. It should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment, away from moisture, acids, and oxidizing agents to maintain stability and safety.
