Our product range contains a wide range of WORT COOLING SYSTEM
Prodeb offers the most advanced energy recovery dual stage Wort Cooler System. This ensures that the hot wort is cooled down efficiently while recovering its heat to produce hot water for the next mash process. The dual stage PHE utilizes ambient water (30C) in the first stage to cool the wort from 95C to 40C and ice water of (5C) in the second stage to drop the wort temperature to 12C to 20C.
The water used in this process is transformed to 85C hot water which can be stored in a tank for use in the Mashing process.
