WORT COOLING SYSTEM

Prodeb offers the most advanced energy recovery dual stage Wort Cooler System. This ensures that the hot wort is cooled down efficiently while recovering its heat to produce hot water for the next mash process. The dual stage PHE utilizes ambient water (30°C) in the first stage to cool the wort from 95°C to 40°C and ice water of (5°C) in the second stage to drop the wort temperature to 12°C to 20°C.The water used in this process is transformed to 85°C hot water which can be stored in a tank for use in the Mashing process.
