• ACC 2010 Acrylic Conformal Coating is a flexible transparent acrylic coating for the protection of electronic circuitry formulated to meet the highest resistance requirements. Used on printed circuit boards as protective coating against moisture, dust, humidity and fungus.
• Protects all Electrics/Electronics Circuitry equipments in Extreme Service Environments.
• Excellent adhesion and dielectric properties. Good moisture resistance & Quick Evapouration.

Direction of ACC 2010 Acrylic Conformal Coating

• Shake well can before use at least 1 Minutes.Hold the can at least 15 to 20 cm from the surface you are spraying and keep the can upright during use.
• Protect & Mask areas not Coated. Two light coats is best results better than one heavy coat.Coating becomes dry in 20 minutes. make sure the surface is completely dry before using.
• completed cure takes place in about 24 hours depends upon the humidity. When finished spraying, clean the aerosol valve by turning the can upside down and pressing the button until only propellant escapes.

Precaution of ACC 2010 Acrylic Conformal Coating

• Contains gas under pressure do not punctured ,may explode if heated.
• Extremely flammable aerosol.
• Prevention : Wear eye or face protection. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Pressurized ontainer: Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Do not spray on an open flame or other ignition source. Use only
• outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Avoid breathing vapor. Wash hands thoroughly
• after handling. Causes serious eye irritation.
• May cause drowsiness and dizziness
• Response : IF INHALED: Remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing. Call a POISON CENTER or physician if you feel unwell. IF IN EYES: Rinse
• cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy
• to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical attention.
• Dispose of contents and/or container according to Federal, State/Provincial and local
• governmental regulations.
