Ajwain Seeds

Trachyspermum ammi, usually referred to as ajowan or ajwain, bishop’s , ajowan caraway, carom seeds, is a plant of India, Pakistan and Near East Countries whose seeds are used as a spice. Ajwain Seeds has similarity to parsley. The fruit pods are called seeds because they appear like seeds. Ajwain Seeds originated in Middle East and Indian sub continent.  In India major producing states of Ajwain Seeds are Gujarat and Rajasthan.
