Hodgson Mill Gluten Free Almond Flour/Meal is made from finely ground unblanched almonds. This means it keeps all of flavor and nutrients in the skin of the almond, especially vitamin E as well as other nutrients and minerals.

Its neutral, lightly sweet flavor makes it a great option for those looking to add the nutrition of almonds, including calcium, to their baked goods.

If you’re going keto, paleo or gluten free you’ll love everything you can do with it!
Combine with other gluten free flours (such as coconut flour) with the addition of xanthan gum to use instead of wheat flour.

To convert a traditional recipe for gluten free baking, we suggest replacing almond flour/meal for up to 1/3 of the total white flour, then use additional gluten free flours for the remaining 2/3 of the total flour to create the most natural bake.
