Herbal herbotech has innovated a precision engineered range of herbal extraction process line and amla process line which is used for producing juice, powder, candy & murabba. Fabricated using ss 316, ss 304 these are hygienic and operated semi automatically and possess four different lines with appropriate equipment for juice, powder, candy and murabba. Our range of amla process line comprises:
· preparative section: - sorting table, bucket conveyor, fruit washer & grader
· juice line: - fruit mill / shredding machine, hydraulic press, filtration, storage & concentrator.
· powder line: - tray dryer & pulveriser.
· candy & murabba line: - prickling machine, blanching, boiled amla breaking machine, inspection table, sugar syrup plant, soaking tank.
