Autoclave

We are offering autoclave.
Autoclaves made in olymspan have many advantages:
1.we have many patents for the following equipment:

2.used materials:
1)special double scale capacitor plate for hebei handan numbered q345r-gb713;
2)flange made by the model of 16mnⅱ; 　
3)dn100 pipe measuringφ133×25 is made of material numbered 20-gb9948.
3.workmanship:
1)after the door of the autoclave been welded, annealing heat treatment will be carried out;
　2)after the cutting teeth of the flange have been polished, the magnetic powder inspection will be carried out;
3)using the double scale capacitor plate to ensure that there’s a longitudinal seam in each section;
　 4)we’ll do some physical and chemical test (e.g. Stretching and punching the material) on materials to ensure
their strength.
　 5)we’ll do the 100% x-ray radiographic inspection on the seams, after that there’ll be a hydrostatic test
measured at 2.1 mpa. The whole procedure will be inspected by the staff of the csei living in our factory,
who will sign and seal at after the inspection been passed.
