Crown capping machines securely crimp aluminium caps onto glass bottles with up to 120 bottles per minute output speed. Automatic Crown Cap Sealing Machine models start from single, four, six and eight-head or more per customer requirements. Our Crown Capping Machine suits various industries, including dairy, pharmaceutical, beverage, and chemical, for small and large production batches. The Automatic Crown Cap Sealing System consists of a main structure, product transmission belt, Safety acrylic cover (OPTIONAL), star plate & guide, single nos. of crown cap sealing head, Vibratory Bowl, cap delivery chute, electrical panel, pneumatic components, motor, sensors, AC drive & mains ON/OFF.Filled bottles move along the conveyor belt and enter the in-feed star wheel via the in-feed worm. As they pass through the star wheel, they pick up caps from the delivery chute separately. Descending rotary sealing heads apply the desired pressure to the bottlenecks. A rotating scramble positions the caps accurately, sealing them in a programmed roll-in fashion. When the chute fills with caps, the rotating unscramble drive disengages to prevent cap damage. After that, The rotating sealing head activates the sealing roller, with a sealing cam facilitating the movement of the sealing and threading rollers. Finally, a star wheel discharges the sealed bottles onto the conveyor.

The filled bottles are moved on the conveyor belt and fed into an in-feed star wheel. While moving in-feed star wheel, bottles pick up crowns one by one from the delivery chute & at last go for the final sealing Head. The pressing & sealing is done in a programmed roll-on-manner, accurate positioned of the crown is done mechanically using a rotating unscramble, to direct the crown correctly into the chute, when the chute is filled up the rotating unscramble drive is disengaged, hence, there is no chance to damage of caps. The pressing & sealing take place due to the rotating sealing head and transfer movement of sealing rollers due to the sealing cam. The sealed bottles are discharged by the existing star wheel on the conveyor.
