Contd…2 … ….2… we are using sae 52100 bearing steel produced by reputed alloy steel manufacturer along with test certificates and we keep our check also by getting the material tested from outside labs .steel balls of g-10 grade are purchased from m/s nhb bearings ltd. Mumbai, india no one manufacture of bearings balls and cages are purchased from m/s manu yantralya pvt. Ltd jaipur having japanese collaboration and is known for its product. Our bearing is tested for noise level and radial clearance on the testing machines installed in our test lab and our product are manufactured as per bureau of indian standards. Tolerances provided in them are strictly followed. We are supplying bearings regularly to m/s godrej & boyce mfg. Co. Ltd and m/s kirlosker oil engine ltd. We have wide network of dealers covering almost all parts of the country. We are also exporting our bearings to middle east countries. We would like to mention that our plant was audited by m/s tata bearings for our manufacturing facilities and they have approved us for manufacturing a pilot batch for them . Our bearings samples have been approved by m/s hmt bearings ltd, hyderabad and m/s nrb bearings ltd. Mumbai.
