The FT-10 is float style steam traps with an inline straight through body design which eliminates the staggered piping usually associated with this type of steam trap. It Utillzers a stainless Steel Float & a Simple Leaver mechanism to open or close the valve in correlation to the amount of condensate present. The opening is proportional to the condensate rate & is unaffected by instantaneous pressure changes. The FT-10 is used where fast response and continous condensate discharge is requires such as on Heat Exchanger, Tanks, Pans & Drying Cylinders.
