VAPL ball valves are made by investment casting & forged form - size 1/4” up to 2” and sand shell casting or stack shell casting from 2” to 12”. High pressure classes are supplied in forgedconstruction.
Ball valves are supplied in various configurations: 3-piece with threaded, socket weld, butt weld and flangedends.
Standard materials offered are 316 stainless steel and carbon steel in WCB or A105 to applicable ASTM standards. OthermaterialsintroducedtothesupplyrangeareAlloy20/CN7M,DuplexandSuperDuplex.
VAPL also supplies full port PFA lined ball valves for corrosive applications.
VAPL’s product range includes Oil Field valves and sanitary valves. Class ratings: Class 150, Class 300, Class 800, Class 1500 and Class 2500.
