• The filling controller is microprocessor based with a fast sampling ADC.
• The weighing platform is mounted on a load cell that senses the weight during filling and sends the signal to the filling controller.
• The dual stage filling valve is pneumatically operated in “coarse” and “fine” modes to achieve the required accuracy.
