BOX TYPE LABORATORY OVEN

It is a miniaturized oven used in the laboratory for doing R&D work on various filter components   like seals and rubber components, filter element, adhesive pasting strength and so on.

The oven is equipped with heater and air circulation fan to enable passage of hot air and to maintain requisite temperature inside the oven.

The oven can be supplied in two basic sizes based on the dimensions of the Inside Chamber/Heating Chamber.

The Sizes are:

• 300mm x 300mm x 300mm(Inside Chamber), with three trays
• 600mm x 600mm x 600mm(Inside Chamber), with four trays

However sizes other than those mentioned above can also be supplied based upon customer requirement/request.

The other salient features of this oven are:

• Heavy duty internally insulated air tight hinged doors are provided.
• The doors are provided with toughened glass windows for clear visibility inside the oven.
• The cabin and doors are thermally insulated.
• The cabin and doors are lined internally and externally with thick gauge M.S. sheet over the insulation.
• Provided with double air circulation fan for uniform distribution of heat.
• Provided with Digital Temperature Indicator and controller.
• Trays, Racks and Trolleys are provided inside the chamber.
• Provided with automatic preset cut-off system.
• Utilizes heat load from 1.5 KW to 3.5 KW.
