GOODS LIFTSÂ
Rope Hoist, mounted on a supported I-Beam, which lowers & raises the cage. ln the absence of a RCC well inside the building, a fabricated enclosure supporting structure can be erected on site. This structure is independent of the building can be erected inside or outside the building, just touching. Guide wheels are fitted on the cage which run in the C-Guides which are provided on the structure on opposite sides. This arrangement enables smooth & trouble free travel of the cage in a vertically straight line. Collapsible gates are provided at all entry! exit points for essential safety.

Electric motors of all the motions will be totally enclosed, fan cooled Slipping / Sq. Cage induction crane duty motors with class-B insulation and protected with IP-55 protection confirming to IS-325. All the motors will be S4 duty with 40% C.D.F 4 Poles and 6 Poles, 3 Phase, 415V : 50Hz for A.C. Supply.

The entire Gear Boxes are made of accurate hob cut helical / spur gears & pinions Having hardness 250 to 300 BHN mode from carbon alloy steel. The all gears & pinions running On anti-friction type ball / roller hearings in totally enclosed oil bath giving constant splash Lubrication. The helical / spur gear designed for adequate strength and optimum wear resistance for smooth operation long life.
