Suggested Application:

It is used as a cross-linker for both aqueous and non-aqueous coatings, inks, and adhesives to improve the final properties and printing applications. It imparts strength and flexibility, improves solvent resistance, alcohol and water resistance, increases hardness, and upgrades adhesion to difficult substrates.

Typical Application:

It is added slowly and with good agitation, at levels of 1% to 3% to finished formulated systems at PH levels of 8 to 9.5. It is recommended to determine the ideal level of polyfunctional aziridine to be used in each system by experimentation. It can be cured at room temperature, and 60~80ºC heating can bring better crosslinking performance.
Typical formulated systems will have a pot-life of 8-12 hours. To achieve the desired performance, it is best to test the length of pot-life of each system. Please wear PPE during operation in case of allergy, occupational asthma and any possible related physical hazards.

Packaging & Storage
Available 4*5Kg plastic pails, and 25 Kg steel drums with inner plastic pails.  
It must be stored away from acids and oxidizers. Store in a cool, dry, well ventilated storage area and in closed containers. Protect material from freezing. The shelf life is approximately 12 to 18 months from date of manufacture when stored in closed original containers at 25 °C.
