A free flowing yellow powder produced from split and skinned ChickPeas and Yellow Split Peas.

Also known as gram flour or Garbanzo Flour, it is a common flour used in India as a thickener as well as for baking doughs, batters, noodles, and other fried or baked food industry.

Storage Condition:

Must be stored in cool, dry and pest free conditions away from strong odours and flavours

Shelf Life:

Minimum 12 months at specified storage conditions.

Uses Of Chickpeas Flour:

Used in various snack food and Namkeens, like Bhujia, Papdi, chanachur, and other fried snacks. 

Sweets and confectionary industry like Bundia, Barfi, sonpapri etc. 

Used in various household food items like roti, kadhi etc.
