Cinnamon Ceylon

Ceylon cinnamon, also known as "true" cinnamon, comes from the Cinnamomum verum tree native to Sri Lanka, which produces about 80% of the world's has a delicate, sweet taste compared to the more common cassia cinnamon. Ceylon cinnamon is lighter in color and has thin, fragile bark layers . It is used in cooking and baking, as well as in traditional medicine for its therapeutic properties.
