3 As for high voltage power supply, its outputs could be categorized into, continuous wave, gate pulse, high power pulse and ultra-high power pulse, which could quickly response to the exterior control and perform perfect process around the corner.
4 The pneumatic system is adjusted by high precision apparatus, which could adjust the air release according to the features of turbine, greatly reduce air consumption.
5 Beam expanding equipment is added outside the cavity resonator, which greatly better its focus ability.
