Defatted Coconut Flour, Packaging Type : Off White

We are offering Defatted Coconut flour. Derived as a byproduct from the manufacturing of virgin coconut oil, this product contains approximately 11% coconut oil and is converted to flour under strict hygienic conditions at our factory. Defatted coconut flour has a mild coco - nutty aroma and a sweet taste. This product is ideal for gluten free dietary applications and as a gluten free substitute for wheat flour (up to 25% substitution for wheat flour depending on the application).
