After that, the spoiled, overmature, or premature cabbages will be separated from the rest. Then, the cabbages will be de-cored, and any unnecessary leaves or parts will be removed. Next, the cabbages are chopped before they enter the dehydrator, where the water level in the vegetable will become lowered. The crispy, dried cabbage flakes will be received after the dehydration process. Finally, the dehydrated cabbage is cooled and filtered to get packaged in bulk with zero moisture or dirt to remain fresh for almost a year.
