Demonstration Transformer P-7885
Operates on 220V A.C. mains, 50Hz. Two secondary coils to produce 6V and 12V at 2A can be mounted one by one, over the primary coil. The mains coil is provided with 1meter of two core cable and secondary coils are mounted with 4mm socket terminals. Students can easily mount or demount the transformer unit to get a 6V or 12V power supply as per requirement.

It consists of a cast alloy stand with heavy base and two removeable clamping arms to hold the cores and laminated U & I cores of cross section 32 x 25mm to form a close loop, 6 coils
(1 each of 300, 600, 3600, 12000 turns and 2 of 1200 turns).
