CONSTRUCTIONAL DETAILS :

Pump Casing :- It is made of graded casting FG 200 of IS:210 to withstand both working pressure as well as sudden Impact.

Impeller :-It is made of Bronze Grade LTB2 of IS : 318 to withstand wear and tear, having vanes machined to smooth finish for highrt efficiency.

Shaft :- The shaft is made from alloy steel, accurately finished to microns to ensure Long Life of the bearing and Pump.

Machanical Seal :- Rotary Seal of Stainless steel spring, with fine lapped surface is used.

Motor Frame or Enclosure :- It is made of graded casting of high tensile strength also available in alm, extruded body and is totally enclosed fan cooled type. Cooling ribs are provided both on Cl and alm. Body to facilitate heat dissipation thus improving motor life.

Bearing :- High speed or equivalent Imported bearings are used and mounted on shaft by press for smooth running, low noise and loge life.

Non-Return Value :- The monoblock pump is fitted with specially designed spring loaded non-return valve, which does not allow water to return in the suction line and helps in priming when pump is switched on.

Starting ;- Motor is of capacitor Start & Run design. No centrifugal switch is required,

Winding :- Motors are manufactured with insulation class’B’ Modified polyster enameled Copper wire which is tested as per IS : 13730 is used for winding of motors. Additionally high quality and mechanical strength material is used for slot insulation. Stator Varnished in vaccum empragnated plants.

Packing :- Monoblock pump is packing in corrugated box with polythene lamination with durable adjustable packing inside for prevent the to and fro in transpotation.

Warranty :- Pumps are warranted or a period to 12 months from the date of despatch against any manufacturing defects in material, workmanship under normal use and service.

After Sale Service :-Efficient after sale service is provided through dealer network and all spare parts are ready made available.
