an integral cast with body direct mounting pad ball valve have main advantage is easy to convert with worm gear actuator, quarter turn - pneumatic rotary actuator or motorized electrical actuator operated without any additional mounting or installation accessories like adaptor, coupler and bracket. Due to not requirement of any extra extensions, ball valve become very compact after installation of automation accessories, save space and looks fabulous.

one more by default advantage of nivz series mp1108 – direct mounting pad ball valve is each valves have locking arrangement to lock the hand lever in a position of open or close.

mp1108 series ball valve have provision of elliptical gland flange to tight stem seal and can easy to stop leakage. Generally major direct mounting pad ball valve have chinese designed threaded type hex nut to stop leakage from stem, but when they try to tight it, nut always jammed from atmosphere and process media corrosion. Also for tightening the stem nut special types of box spanner required which not easy available everywhere, so against of chinese design our elliptical gland flange is the best for performance.

we supply each ball valve with finished flange face of iso 5211 to mount actuator at any time by customer after removing of hand lever. On remove of one bolt of handle, total handle out and ready to convert for choice of automation.
