DOUBLE CONE BLENDER (Available Cap: 50 Ltrs to 4000Ltrs)

The double cone blender consists of two cone shaped sections with 45º slopes. Double Cone Blender

is efficient for mixing dry powder and granules homogeneously. All the contact parts are made of

stainless steel. It can be used for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products etc

SALIENT FEATURES

All contact parts are made in stainless steel 316 and

outer surfaces are made in Stainless Steel 304.

The conical shape at both ends enables uniform

mixing and easy discharge

The cone is statically balanced to avoid any

excessive load on the gear box and motor.

A wider opening provided for loading material in to

the machine, and processed material discharging

through a butterfly valve.

Baffles provided on the shaft for better mixing.

Machine is operated by a timer.

Maximum care has been taken to ensure safe

operation of the unit.

Safety barrier with Proximity Switch is provided for

safety operation.

Flame proof motor can be supplied as optional.
