DOUBLE/TRIPAL DRUM MAGNETIC SEPARATOR

This is a modified version of Single/Double drum magnetic separator and as the name implies, the configuration of 03 Nos. Drums placed in a triangular fashion are accomplished. The triple drum magnetic separator mainly finds application in a mineral Processing, Mining in a particular Sponge Iron Industries where the conventional methods of separating Mag from Non- Mag Material and vice a versa becomes critical and the purification up to 99.8% becomes Inevitable, to obtain the most purified Sponge Iron from char & vice a versa.
The Triple drum helps in allowing the material to pass through Magnetic field influence for three times and thus the sequential passing of material from Top Drum to Bottom Drum & side Bottom brings the required purity to almost an achievable level.The Installation of the unit is quite easy and simple.The uninterrupted, continuous operations help the industries to get the optimum usage, as it requires almost nil down time for necessary maintenance
