Dry ginger powder, Application : Spices

Himspices Ginger Masala is nothing but the freshly grinded ginger intended to supply the ginger requirement. Amost every spicy dish demands ginger but it is not possible to keep fresh ginger all time. So Himspices came up with the concept of dry ginger powder. Handpicked fresh ginger are kept in the water and then peeled off. After that they are kept in the open sun for a week and finally they are grinded into the powder.
