GRACE™  [RANGOLI] can manufacture any size or shape ducts, fittings & accessory’s that your process may require.  All of our equipment is manufactured in house, giving us the ability to construct special fitting & shapes.
We offer up right, downdraft, Side lateral, semi arch, lip types and canopy type’s hoods. The inlet of fume extracting hoods is either maintained under slight vacuum or the fumes are pushed into it by the forced draft of the additional blower. These fumes are passed through the scrubber tower. The suitable scrubbing liquid interacts with fume loaded gas flow in the scrubber to yield safe and clean effluent air to be exhausted through chimney via electrically driven exhaust fan.

Stacks and chimneys made at GRACE™ [RANGOLI] have been in service since 12 years. They are designed to with stand corrosive gases up to 100 degree C and are impervious to severe weather. The systems are virtually unlimited in size and are maintenance free. We have manufactured and installed chimneys over 100 feet in height.

Dampers is useful to regulate a gas flow or shut off and isolate a system. The operating conditions for the dampers are designed to match the operating conditions of the duct system. It is available in the range of diameter from 100 mm to 2000 mm.
