• body design :
o this machine is heavy duty robust type in design in grade casting for quick handling.
O it consists of heavy bed supported on left and right vertical body.
O the machine has three slotting and one corner cutting head.
O the slots units are mounted over an eccentric roller causing them to move accurately as required.
O heavy platform & two guides are provided to facilitate accurate angle, easy and correct feeding of sheets.
• setting action :
o the distance between slotting & corner cutting heads are adjustable with gear and rack mechanism provided with the machine. These can be set quickly by handle
o screw arrangement is provided for adjustment of side cutter after regrinding

• the machine is capable of slotting a number of sheets in one stroke.
• the distance between two slots and slot depth is adjustable.
• the machine contains graded alloy steel knives for long life sharpness & smooth cutting.
• the knives are operating like scissor for precision and smooth cutting.
