• Body Design :
  • This machine is heavy duty robust type in design in grade casting for quick handling.
  • It consists of heavy bed supported on left and right vertical body.
  • The machine has three slotting and one corner cutting head.
  • The slots units are mounted over an eccentric roller causing them to move accurately as required.
  • Heavy platform & two guides are provided to facilitate accurate angle, easy and correct feeding of sheets.
• Setting Action :
  • The distance between slotting & corner cutting heads are adjustable with gear and rack mechanism provided with the machine. These can be set quickly by handle
  • Screw arrangement is provided for adjustment of side cutter after regrinding
