Procurement of manufacturing unit

We help with the purchase of the manufacturing unit. If our clients want to purchase a new unit, we help with negotiating the cost and get a good deal for our clients.

If they want to purchase a used/ old manufacturing unit,

Dismantling the manufacturing unit.

• When an old unit is purchased the setup needs to be moved to the premises of the buyer. The existing setup needs to be dismantled in such a way that it can be relocated and re installed in the new location.
• We have a tried and tested method and we have perfected the steps of doing so after successfully completingthis task for various capacities of the manufacturing plants for our various clients.

Refurbishing of old machines

• When a client purchases an old unit, the existing machines that have undergone wear and tear need to be cleaned and refurbished to produce optimum output. We carry this task in conjunction with the dismantling thus saving time.

Loading 

• It is as important to load the machines and parts correctly so that they are nor damaged or lost in transit. We have a well-established process to accomplish this.

Erection and Commissioning

• We design the layout of where the various machines are to be placed customised to the area of your premises. The machines are installed and connected as per the layout and the manufacturing unit is made ready for commissioning.
• Our team of expert engineers overseas the commissioning process and the entire unit is brought to optimum output performance.
