Slurry Cycle
In slurry cycle electromagnetic foil will be energized this slurry valves will be open. The pump will feed the slurry into the ferro filter tanks. The time for the slurry cycle can be decided practically.
Air Cycle
In air cycle this slurry returns valves open where the slurry feed valves will be closed.Then the air valve at the top of the ferro filter tank will be open which feed the air into the slurry tank thus this slurry will be pressurised to be drain by slurry return valves feed tank. So there is no wastage of feed slurry during the separation process.
Wash Cycle
As the air valve closed the slurry return valve also closed and the wash valves will be open. The magnet power supply is also switched off in this cycle. From the wash valve water will be jet on the ferro filter cartridges which wash out the stick magnetic content and drain the same with water.Our filter grids are magnetized by the electromagnetic field created by surrounding coil. The coil is totally sealed to prevent and leakages.
