Eutectic Freezer

Eutectic freezers are specially designed and developed for places where power shutdown is for longer duration (upto 10 hours countinuous). These freezers have an inbuilt jacket which holds eutectic solutions.This eutectic solutions has a property to hold the temperature for longer duration which results in longer temperature holding time of the freezers of upto 10hrs during power failure and you can cell ice-cream during this period too.Eutectic jacket with very high latent heat ensures product temperature below -18°C for 8 to 10 hours in the event of power failure.
