Mix 1 cup Abiram ifinger millet flakes powder with ½ cup curd,1 tsp cumin 1 tsp black pepper powder ,curry leaves 1 spring and water as needed
Heat a tawa, spoon some batter from a height to form holes when making dosa.
Drizzle oil around the sides and cook till golden.
Flip over and cook.
Serve
