Fragrant Rice

This rice has a nearly identical smooth aroma and soft texture to Phka Malis rice but can be planted in any general irrigated area and harvested throughout the year with the main harvests taking place in April and July. It is a perfect grain for those who like a soft but chewy, scented rice and is especially good for fried rice dishes.
