Our chickens are reared under environmentally controlled sheds and with topmost bio-security measures. Only our own grown broilers are hygienically processed in our state-of-the-art plant with modern, technologically advanced sophisticated machineries. Once packaged, it is dispatched to a wide network of supermarkets, and sold as frozen, chilled and various value added products. The team includes expert food design engineers, scientists and culinary professionals dedicated to developing original poultry products.
Slaughtering is done under veterinary supervision and as per Islamic rites (Halal Process). Stringent quality measures are in place to monitor good manufacturing practices at all steps. Plant is HACCP certified and we are also governed by FSSAI norms.
Looking at the market and double digit category expansion, ALKHUDA is about to launch an ultra-modern processing plant at Andhra pradesh, using fully-automated technology from Europe. This would enhance the production capacity by ten times and help the Group in acquiring international certifications. It would also increase our output to 175 million birds per annum and 2.5 million kg of processed chicken and value added products.
