Our company offers fresh okra. The fresh okra we supply is enriched with vitamin b6 & c, fiber, calcium and folic acid but our product is low in calories. These nutrients are effective for the prevention of neural tube defects. The fresh okra we offer is non-gmo. The fresh okra of our company are graded and subsequently blanched at controlled temperature, then immediately cooled and is allowed to pass through the quick freezer at -40°c.
