Ingredients : Wheat Semolina, Edible Vegetable Oil, Spices & Condiments(Onion Flakes & Powder, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, Green Chilli Flakes & Powder, Ginger Powder,BlackPepper powder), Salt, Chana Dal, Sugar and Lemon Juice Powder and citric acid.

Directions : Cook on gas with addition of only normal water and cook for 2 minutes to prepare. or Take upma premix in a microwave bowl, add 5 times water and microwave for 2 minutes. Delicious upma ready to eat.
