3. Cfr price per mton: we decide prices by fmbfertecon weekly publishing or mutually negotiate price with buyer.

5. Payment terms: 100% non transferable irrevocable letter of credit at sight
5. 2% pbg: seller will open 2% performance bond guarantee.
6. Guarantee inspection: inspection will be by sgs dkc, or geo chem
7. Shipment: 3 weeks from date of an operative and workable dlc in receipt.

8-2 original commercial invoice
8-3 original certificate of weight issue by sgs dkc, or geo chem
8-4 original certificate of origin issued by chamber of commerce
