Gate Type Limpet Coil Reactor Vessel

We are offering gate type limpet coil reactor vessel. Vijaya engineering works manufactures limpet coil reactor vessel with high grade stainless steel grade aisi 316l, aisi 316, asis 304l & aisi 304.
On the shell of reactor, half pipe is welded to provide steam or thermic fluid for circulation purpose. Material of construction of this coil is either mils steel (is 2062) or stainless steel (aisi 316, aisi 304) depending on customer requirement.
Agitator stirrers are the main component in reaction vessel. Depending on the application the impellers are designed.

gearbox and motor are used to drive the stirrer agitator. Bearing housing acts the major part in transmission of the power. Bearing housing consists of taper roller bearing & bann bearing. Bearing housing is seated in a mild steel fabricated unit of suitable strength depending on the size of the reactor and power transmission.
