| Gotta Recipe |
Mix Gently 50gms. eatable oil to Gotta mix. Add milk or water to the mixture and make a soft dough like shrikhand. To fry, fiest give full heat to oil and then low the heat, Now put gotta in to oil and fry them over low heat. For better taste addleap leaves, dry garlic and coriander leaves. |
| Chatney Recipe |
Take Gently 3 cups of water and mix to chatney flour and make Mixture Like paste. Take another vessel, put 2 spoon oil and make flavour of 10gms of mustard. After that the chatney paste, pour into flavour vessel, and boil with full steam. After one or two overflows, take away the vessel from heat. pour corander leaves and serve hot chatney. |
