Gotu Kola is an aquatic perennial plant native to India. The active ingredient in Gotu Kola includes asiaticoside, Asiatic acid, madecassoside, triterpenes. It is widely used as antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, diuretic and tonic for the brain – as it helps in restoring brain cell and nerve function to improving blood quality and circulation.
