Green Cardamom, Shape : Triangular, Spindle-shaped

Green Cardamom: native to India, they are recognized by their small seed pod, triangular in cross-section & spindle-shaped, with a thin papery outer shell & small black seeds. Cardamom has a strong, unique taste, with an intensely aromatic fragrance. Green cardamom is often used in traditional Indian sweets & in Masala chai (spiced tea). Elaichi or cardamom is one of the most common spices seen in an Indian household. Not only does it add sweet taste and unique flavour to your dishes, it is also widely used as a natural mouth freshener.
