Ripe coffee cherries are selectively picked and harvested every 8 to 10 days from our high elevation estates, choosing only those cherries that are at the peak of ripeness. The harvested cherries are then processed, dried and hulled to get the green beans. It is then distributed in the domestic and international markets.
