Ideal VLOM (Village Level Operation and maintenance) design developed keeping in view maintenance problems.
Capable of lifting water from depths upto-approx 45 Metres.
Fully fabricated steel structure duly hot dip galvanised.
Adjustable handle to suit varying installation depths.
Injection moulded special grade plastic bush bearings easy to replace at village level.
Interchangeable plunger & foot valves easy to extract without removing riser pipe.
Non-corrosive underground components capable of handling corrosive water situation there by giving longer life.
Easy installation and inexpensive maintenance at village level-even women can handle.
Light weight UPVC riser pipes and hence easy to handle.

Pump Head Assembly

Fully fabricated steel structure duly hot dip galvanised.
Adjustable handle providing different handle settings to suit different Cylinder setting depths.
Conical flange with conical rubber grommet provides better holding grip on UPVC riser pipe.
Two options for pedestal design are available : Pedestal for concrete stand and Pedestal of India Mark II design with either 3 legs mounting or flange mounting arrangement.

Fulcrum & rod hanger pins are supported on special grade plastic bush bearing which are very easy to replace at village level.
Fully covered to avoid any contamination of water.
Design offer a stroke length of 225 mm.
